Exchange and return

The consumer has the right to return the goods of proper quality to the seller from whom it was purchased if the goods do not satisfy him in shape, dimensions, style, color or size within 14 days.

The consumer has the right to exchange a product of inadequate quality for a similar product without defects, if available, or to choose another product from the assortment for the same amount.

The consumer has the right to exchange or return within fourteen days from the moment of placing the order, provided that the product receipt is available, the product type, all tags and original packaging are preserved.

The costs of delivery of exchange and return of products of proper quality are paid by the buyer.

The refund of the amount paid for the goods is subject to reimbursement within 3-7 banking days (depending on the institution that issued the card) from the date of receipt of the return and creation of a refund request by the store.
